One of the services we offer at Prime design is our Owner Representatives, this is a role which will lead your major projects, representing your best interests with suppliers of services and equipment, whilst you continue to run your business. This service can be particularly useful if your organisation does not have the experience of building new factories, running major projects such as factory reorganisations or installing new production lines.
At Prime Design our owner representatives have the experience to lead your project from feasibility studies and scope definition, through design and specification stages to project implementation commissioning, qualification, validation and operations.
A part of the owner representative’s role is to work with all suppliers which includes architects, local authorities, capital equipment, IT services, trainers and consultants. They organise the project into project teams and co-ordinate all activities. The owner representatives at Prime Design will integrate themselves within your organisation and become a part of your team of experts, they will also lead all the project phases and be your representative with suppliers’ design teams, capital equipment providers and training providers.
Alongside this, the owner representative will monitor and control the project to keep it on time, to budget and to a high standard. They report to your steering group on a regular basis to ensure that the project is fulfilling your requirements.
