 Another Filling and Packing line FAT successfully completed

 

Another successful FAT completed and equipment on its way to China. This time for PLF International (JBT) to one of the biggest diaries in China. Project suppliers from 8 countries are being integrated for this customer. Filling and packing line includes multiple-line robotic de-palletisation, can cleaning and sterilisation, product processing, ultra-clean filling and seaming (MAP), laser coding, registered cap application, sleeving, X-Ray inspection and case packing. The line also includes the latest automatic vision systems for QC checking, full line conveyors and controls, above line SCADA system and product serialisation.

Always a rewarding milestone when all the equipment leaves on time!
