New Design HDPE Bottle Range (UK Sites)
Prime Design has a lot of experience in hole through the wall bottle production, designing the plants, processes and specifying equipment. We have run these projects around the world.
With the drive to reducing bottle weights to reduce the amount of plastic being used, we have also been asked to support a major dairy company with in the introduction of a complete new lightweight HDPE bottle range across all of their UK sites. We worked with central product design, engineering teams, site stakeholders, operations teams, bottle suppliers and line equipment suppliers to develop and implement the project. The project was delivered on time and to budget.
