New Canning Line (USA)
Prime Design was asked to step in and manage a £10m+ food canning project in the USA. The client’s previous project management provider had withdrawn from the project. We were appointed project leader several months into the project so some fundamental project decisions were inherited which made delivery complicated. Despite these challenges the project was turned around and successfully delivered. The project was ultimately awarded the ‘Packaging Line of the Year Award (North America)’ by the Packaging Machinery Technology Magazine. The project duration was 18 months.
